Sunday's Cool provides kids with life-changing encounters with Jesus while giving them tools to love God and others. Our mission is to love the children into a relationship with Jesus Christ and to give away to the world what God has given us. Our vision is to be a ministry of experiences that will provide children with the opportunity to discover who they are in God. Summer Program Starts July 6

Sunday's Cool Teachers take a well deserved break for the summer as classes for Kindergarten through Grade 5 go on hiatus for July and August.  However, Sunday's Cool will continue to provide classes for kids ages 0-5, including:

Nursery 1:  (Born 2007-2008) Room 103

Nursery 2: (Born 2006) Room 121

Toddlers: (Born 2005 ) Room 126

Preschool: (Born 2004 ) Room 125

As well, we continue to provide a quiet room for nursing babies and moms (in the staffroom.)  The regular Sunday's Cool program up to Grade 5 resumes in September.

We need help! 

Sunday's Cool can only happen when people are willing to give up some of their own personal time on a Sunday morning for the sake of the kids, their parents, the church as a whole-- and yes, for the sake of Christ.  

Parents fill much of the need, but thankfully many other people step up as well. Please have a look at the following needs and consider whether or not you can help out.

We anticipate more needs in September as the new year begins. Teachers, assistants, supervisors, JAM team, behind the scenes... please consider how you can get involved!  We have had an amazing baby-boom at the Abbotsford Vineyard and are in great need of people to help care for the kids (and their parents!) on Sunday mornings!  Give us a call (604-854-3546) or an email kids@abbotsfordvineyard.com

Oscar Sunday's Cool and CFHI (Canadian Food for the Hungry International) are partnering to sponsor Oscar Gamarra Jaco. Oscar lives in the suburban slums outside of Lima, Peru. In Sunday's Cool classes children will have the opportunity to learn more about Oscar and children like him, to pray for him and to give an offering to help support him financially. Jesus and Me: JAM Session

The next JAM Sessions are in the Fall!

JAM Session is a kids oriented worship for Grades K-5. JAM is led this year by Joanne Abraham, Sharalee Prang and Lisa Stephens! JAM is in need of some volunteers to plan and lead sessions, including musicians, singers and others interested in helping out with kids oriented worship. Volunteers

All Sunday's Cool classes are staffed by volunteer teachers, supervisors and assistants. Sunday's Cool cannot run unless people like you get involved! Volunteers are always welcome and much needed! Applications for teachers, supervisors & assistants can be found here.

Please register your children for 2008 - 2009 classes. All parents are asked to fill out a form, whether it is new or a renewal! Go here.
